Industrial Facility Design

The design process picks up where planning leaves off, as we add details required for regulatory approval, permitting, subcontractor bidding, and construction.

Our in-house architects and engineers provide comprehensive, fully integrated drawings and specifications. Our goal is to keep your project on schedule and on budget by minimizing change orders during construction, and we do that by ensuring that we’ve accounted for all aspects of your project.

Land Development

You can rely on us to keep pace with the increasing complexity of land development.

The civil engineers at Robert E. Lamb, Inc. leverage their expertise and relationships with surveyors, geotechnical engineers, and municipalities to provide you with a complete land development package to submit to applicable officials.

Our quest for the most efficient way to navigate the process can reduce approval timelines and minimize question-and-response exchanges with municipalities or conservation districts.

Specific-Need Design

If you have a particular, targeted project or if you need signed and sealed drawings from a registered architect or professional engineer, we can apply our design capabilities separately.

For example, our structural engineers can design equipment maintenance platforms, support for rooftop equipment, or railings to meet requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) or Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Likewise, our mechanical and electrical engineers can design specific equipment upgrades to support building functions or an individual process.

Construction Documents

You can expect close internal coordination as we prepare detailed sets of construction documents suitable for obtaining regulatory approval, permits, and for conducting competitive bidding.

Our architects and engineers, who maintain registrations in various states across the country, work hand in hand with on-staff drafters proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) and building information modeling (BIM) platforms to provide drawing and specifications that help turn concept into reality.
